Aiviro

Aiviro develops the Aiviro Platform, a no-code environment in which users define processes in a visual editor and train a visual AI robot on their screen. The robot reads the screen and navigates applications as a human would, so it does not require API integrations, and it can be used with legacy systems. Processes are launched and monitored in a dashboard, and the robot pauses and alerts users when it meets an unexpected situation.

Customers are businesses with routine manual work such as invoice, order and contract transcription; the website addresses CEOs, CFOs, IT managers and accountants. Aiviro is offered on license plans, for example a Simplify plan that processes up to 2,000 documents a month, together with an onboarding package in which the Aiviro team deploys the first processes with the customer. The company describes itself as an official partner of Asseco for the Helios accounting system and cites a case study of more than 60,000 invoices processed annually.

According to the Czech business registry, Aiviro s.r.o. was founded in 2022 and is based in Brno, Czech Republic. The website names co-founders Filip Unzeitig (CEO), Miroslav Buček (CPO) and Róbert Kolcún (CTO), and states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and GDPR compliance. The careers page currently lists no open positions and invites applications from automation engineers and tech sales candidates.
