AVEC Agency

AVEC Agency is a Czech personnel agency that recruits and supplies workers for employers in manufacturing, engineering, food production and warehouse logistics. The website offers two services: finding jobs for candidates and filling open positions for companies with pre-screened workers.

Its customers are employers in the automotive, electrical, mechanical engineering, plastics, food and logistics sectors, which use the agency to source staff, and job seekers in these fields. The website does not state its fee model. Job listings on the site cover operator, CNC machining, assembly, welding and dispatch roles in the Czech Republic and one in Žilina, Slovakia.

The website timeline dates the AVEC company to 1996, with a Slovak branch opened in 2009, more than 500 employees reached in 2014 and first workers recruited from Ukraine in 2017. The registry lists the legal entity AVEC Agency s.r.o., seated in Kunovice, founded on 2024-09-20. The site also refers to a merger of AVEC TEAM CZ s.r.o. and AVEC Agency s.r.o.
