EME atelier

EME atelier is an architecture and design studio offering interior and exterior design, architectural studies, project and execution documentation, and support for building permits. The website says the studio handles the process from first consultation through to handover, including communication with authorities.

Customers are clients commissioning residential and public-use buildings, as well as interior projects. The website describes a service-based model built around the phases of a project and does not mention pricing. The studio says it coordinates with external specialists, including structural engineers, fire-safety designers, energy certifiers and building services designers.

The company describes itself as a joint brand established in 2024, and the registry lists Zlín as its headquarters. The website names two principals, a lead architect and a lead designer. It lists open positions for a junior site manager and a designer.

Product: Architectural studies, interior and exterior design, project and execution documentation, building permit support and authority liaison.
