About IQstat

IQstat is a cloud service that uses smart devices to run large appliances, such as water heaters and electric heating, when spot electricity prices are low or when rooftop solar produces power. It also manages battery storage to trade on electricity markets and provides real-time consumption monitoring with an account view.

Customers include hotels, offices, campsites, apartment buildings, breweries and restaurants, as well as households and operators of small-to-medium solar plants and battery storage of 100 kWh to 1 MWh. For households, the website lists a flat fee of 100 CZK per month per controlled device plus one-time hardware costs of 500 to 1,000 CZK per unit; for businesses, it lists 10% of the achieved savings plus one-time hardware.

The company was founded in 2024 as IQstat s.r.o. and is registered with Vědomice as its headquarters city. The website names Pytloun Hotels, MOL, Vnitroblock and Areál Skrytín among its partners and says the team includes engineers and analysts from Czech universities such as Matfyz and FEL ČVUT. The site is published in Czech only.

Product: Cloud service with smart devices that schedules appliances and battery storage against spot electricity prices and solar output, with consumption monitoring.
