LSH Készházak designs and manufactures light-frame prefabricated houses using its own small-panel building system, produced in a factory in Martonvásár. Customers can buy a structural shell, a fully finished turnkey house, or select self-build options, and can choose standard house types or custom designs. The company states that its elements are made to BIM and TEKLA models and that its houses carry ÉMI, NMÉ, ETA and CE certifications.

The customers are private households building homes in Hungary, and the company also works with resellers and partners. Payment is staged: according to the website, 15% is paid when production starts and the remaining 85% at handover, while on-site works are invoiced afterwards. The company also offers consultation, architectural design and financing support, including an arrangement with OTP Bank.

The company was founded in 2019 according to its website, which reports 200+ houses built, 45+ house type variations and sales points in six locations nationwide, with its central office in Martonvásár. It states that it exports to other countries and carries out technology transfer abroad. Current job openings include factory producers, construction coordinators, an architect designer, dry-construction and facade insulation workers, sales staff and a group leader.
