Nemoinspekt SK

Nemoinspekt SK s.r.o. is a Bratislava-based provider of technical property inspections for apartments, houses, apartment buildings and commercial properties in Slovakia. Inspectors check structure, roofs, facades, installations, interiors and common areas, then deliver a detailed report with photos and repair cost estimates.

Customers include buyers of older properties, buyers taking over new builds from developers, housing associations and property managers, and real estate agencies. The website lists inspection prices starting at 180 € and states that every report is reviewed by a chief inspector before it is sent to the client.

The website states that the Nemoinspekt group has carried out more than 10,000 inspections since 2012; the Slovak company was registered in December 2023. Offices are in Bratislava, with inspections offered across Slovakia, and the company says it is recruiting civil engineers and architects for its inspector team in Slovakia.
