Open Market Analytics

Open Market Analytics combines map, public registry, 3D model, imagery and modelled energy data into one record per building in the Czech Republic. Each data point is labelled with its source, age and reliability. The company also computes its own layers: a 3D building model, renovation condition of facades, windows and roofs from imagery, and a modelled energy consumption estimate compared with the current standard.

Customers are organisations that need building data for an existing list of buildings or for a defined territory. Data is delivered as a table, a map, or directly into the client's system, either as a one-off delivery or as continuous updates. Pricing is quoted per engagement based on the data required, the number of buildings and the update frequency. Actual consumption data from invoices is used only with the owner's consent.

The company is based in Brno, Czech Republic, and was founded in 2025. Its website presents a sample on a model municipality and states that results of pilots are shared in meetings. Its energy screening service, Energetický screening, is operated by a separate company, Energetický screening s.r.o., on OMA's technology.
