R domy SK

R domy SK s.r.o. builds single-family houses across Slovakia, either from standard house designs or from individual project documentation supplied by the client. Its offering covers timber-frame (2x4) and masonry construction, turnkey delivery including the foundation slab, and related work such as connections, fences and roads. It also supplies blown cellulose insulation.

The company presents its customers as private individuals seeking a family house. Revenue comes from construction contracts; the website states that prices for standard houses include VAT and that the company offers a free project design for clients. It also states that it arranges materials and technologies such as heating and ventilation from suppliers, and assists with building permits and final inspection.

The company was founded in 2022 and is registered in Trnava. The website describes 15 years of experience in timber-frame construction and says it builds dozens of houses per year. It lists offices (pobočky) by region without naming them, and its careers page seeks sales representatives and trades (carpenters, bricklayers, plasterers, tilers, plumbers) from Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
