Stavební gramotnost

Stavební gramotnost runs a free educational program that introduces children to construction. It offers interactive workshops for pupils in grades 2 to 7 of primary school, including road-infrastructure and "Člověk a město" (people and city) formats, and lectures for grades 8 and 9 and gymnasium students.

Schools book the sessions through the website at no cost, and a lecturer from a construction study programme visits the school. Lecturers are university students who are paid 1,400 CZK per lecture plus travel expenses. The website states that the road workshop is financed by the Sdružení pro výstavbu silnic and Česká silniční společnost z.s., and lists gold, silver and bronze partners.

The registry shows the company as a Prague-based s.r.o. founded on 13 November 2023. The website says the team also runs the Technologická gramotnost, Energetická gramotnost and Klimatická gramotnost projects and has more than 10 years of experience in education. It is currently recruiting student lecturers from construction faculties, in cooperation with FSv ČVUT in Prague.
