Superhostem

Superhostem is a web application for accommodation providers that covers guest online check-in, the guest register (domovní kniha), reporting of foreign guests to the UbyPort system, and calculation of local accommodation fees. Bookings are imported from Airbnb, Booking.com, other platforms or iCal feeds, and the app also includes automated guest messages, a guest guide, invoices and a cleaning schedule for teams.

The product is aimed at owners and managers of apartments, pensions, hotels and cottages in the Czech Republic. The site offers a free three-month trial without a payment card; pricing is linked from a price-list page whose details are not in the source text, so the monetisation model is inferred as a software subscription.

The company is registered as Superhostem s.r.o. with a registered office in Bubeneč, Prague 6, and was founded on 29 April 2026. The website states that it is registered with the Czech Foreigners Police for work with the UbyPort system and that the team includes co-founders for technology and business, plus a lawyer and a tax adviser. The source text does not mention open roles.
