Tenderpool

Tenderpool is an online subscription service for suppliers that monitors Czech public tenders across more than 170 sources, checked every hour, including procurement portals and contracting authority profiles. Its AI component reads tender documentation and scores each tender from 0 to 100 for fit with the customer's profile and self-defined criteria, then sends matching tenders by email, webhook or into Raynet CRM.

The customers are Czech companies that bid on public contracts; the website says the focus is on construction firms. The company sells paid subscription tiers after a 7-day free trial that requires no payment card, with a Business tier for small and medium firms and an Enterprise tier offered on request. The website reports more than 80 customers and 517 million CZK in contracts won by them.

The company was founded in 2026 by Filip Hondl (CEO) and William Tatarko (CTO), who state that they have worked together since 2023 and that Tenderpool grew out of their earlier data project Quadrant. The website lists a Prague headquarters, two employees, and no physical office yet, as the team works remotely and meets in Prague and at customer sites. It is hiring a Founding Account Executive to take over sales.
